Jacob 2-ounce batts -- Black (se2se)

* NOTE: due to sunburned tips, this "black" wool is more of a dark chocolate brown *

These Jacob batts come from Wicked Child Farm sheep in Toccoa, Georgia. These multi-horned, spotted sheep produce some of the softest wool for the breed. Each 2-ounce batt has been carded 3 times for optimum smooth spinning. Locks were flicked prior to carding to remove veg matter, second cuts, and brittle tips.

I do my best to capture actual colors but each monitor shows color differently.

These fibers were processed in a pet and smoke free environment
