Purple Shroomscapes

Needle felted purple mushrooms may appear like they come straight from fantasy, but are in reality inspired by violet webcaps (cortinarius violaceus) that can be found in conifer forests in North America and deciduous forests in Europe.

Dyes used claim to be lightfast, but I recommend keeping these shrooms out of direct sunlight for longest lasting vibrant color.

I do my best to capture true colors but every monitor shows color differently.
